First time at Natural Products Association MarketPlace?
You will find unique new products to buy, the knowledge you need to support your business, and a great chance to interact with other industry members and get valuable face-to-face time.
In addition, your attendance supports and influences the goals of the Natural Products Association. NPA advocates on behalf of consumers, retailers, and suppliers of natural products and holds their annual member meetings and town hall at NPA MarketPlace--join us at the show and join the association to support the future of the industry and your place in that future.
Tips for Attending
Before the Show
- Avoid the confusion at the show by pre-registering
- Have a goal of what you want to accomplish, such as which vendors to visit, what seminars and networking events to attend
- Get appointments with any vendor you'd like to meet with during the show
- Plan to bring any employees who would greatly benefit from attending the trade show
At the Show
- Take some time to review events, education and exhibitor listings online before the show
- Pick up your badge before the show floor opens
- Make sure your badge is in plain sight while visiting exhibitor’s booths
- Pick up a Show Directory Map when you arrive onsite
- Bring plenty of business cards
- Take advantage of show specials and discounts
- Take a break every few hours to refresh, have a snack and get some fresh air
Dress Code: The dress code for NPA MarketPlace is business casual. Close to event, check local Internet sites for the host city to find out what the average temperatures are, and pack accordingly. Pack a light sweater or jacket for temperatures that vary in meeting rooms, and be sure to wear comfortable shoes!
Food: Las Vegas restaurants and quick food options will be available in the Convention Center and nearby.
After the Show
Make sure to follow up with exhibitors post-show to ensure that you can stock all of the new products that you saw at NPA MarketPlace. Following the show you will be given a password to access the Show Directory.

Brokers and distributors who are Natural Products Association members are also eligible for the early bird registration price.

- Save your plan and update it as new events are announced and exhibitors are added.
